The HENSLEY CHAIN TRANSVEYOR is a non-syncronous, accumulating twin chain conveyor that permits a pallet or work piece to be stopped at any specified location while the conveyor is still running.

A hard or cushioned stop will allow the setup of work stations at any location you choose.  The use of a pallet lock will hold the pallet or work piece in place.  The pallet can then be released automatically or manually.

The chain/pallet guide is UHMWPE that is machined to our specifications.

Some available accessories are:  Hard stops, cushioned stops, pallet locks, lift work stations, lift/rotate (90 or 180 Degrees), lift locate stations and pallet cross transfers.

HENSLEY LIFT/ELEVATOR is a pneumatically operated elevator/lowerator used to move pallets from one level to another.

The lift is guided with precision ball bearings on hardened steel guide shafts.

The transfer bed features individual reversing power rollers and idlers.  Powered rollers are available in 200/205 V, 230V, 380V and 460V 3-Phase.

Minimum and maximum heights will vary with application and type of conveyor being used.  12 Inch to 8 Foot are not uncommon.

The low profile dual cylinder lift is shown.  Standard and pass-through modules are also available.
 

•  Transveyor beds and side frames are formed from 10 gauge steel.  Upper and lower beds are welded together to make a solid unit that is capable of withstanding the rigors of production.  Stainless Steel and aluminum construction are also available.
  
• Transveyors can have fixed or variable speeds in either AC or DC power.  A wide range of belting choices are available, including cleated, plastic, wire mesh, rubber, PVC, nitrile, anti-static, etc.  Either laced or endless belting can be used.
   
• Drive options include side, top, end and center mounting as needed.
   
• Transveyor supports can be fixed, adjustable and/or mobile, depending on your needs.
   
• Hensley Transveyors are painted Transveyor Blue.  However, special paint is optional.
   
• Transveyor widths start at 2" and up.  Lengths are from 18" to over 30 feet.
