Hensley Wet Kits

Hensley offers hydraulic wet kits, either installed at our factory or shipped directly to you or a local installer.  We use both Chelsea and Muncie PTO’s and Parker hydraulic pumps.  Our quick connect plate offers ease of adjustment for the relief valves and removes quickly if they need changed.  For your hydraulic oil, we offer both 3-line (tank on truck) and 4-line (tank on trailer) systems and you can specify either a 50-gallon aluminum hydraulic oil tank or a 14-gallon Hensley Cooler.  The Hensley Cooler offers a proprietary electric fan and filter set up, ensuring your hydraulic oil stays cool, even on the hottest of days, no matter how many loads a day you’re hauling.  Systems that employ a hydraulic fan set up can reduce your unload speed by pulling off hydraulic oil from your main supply.  With the Hensley cooler, the electric fan is controlled by a thermostat, making sure the fan does not turn on until needed, which is a potential problem during the winter in northern climates for hydraulic powered units.
